Sepulveda Palms Development
The developer at Palms and Sepulveda is asking for 409 Units and only .5 parking per unit where the Albertson’s Market used to be (this has not been approved yet!) In addition there is a proposed Starbucks on the South West corner of Palms and Sepulveda.
